Every little girl dreams of being a beauty queen, so Reach For A Dream made this happen for a couple of Nelson Mandela Bay girls. Miss South Africa Melinda Bam spent the morning with the girls at the Protea Marine Hotel in Port Elizabeth, where they were treated to a pampering session, crowning ceremony and tea party.
