TOILETS, alcohol, dodgy robberies and "yet to be classified” incidents are the source of the theft of hundreds of police firearms.
In response to parliamentary questions from the DA, the office of national police commissioner Riah Phiyega yesterday revealed 740 firearms were either stolen or lost by police in the 2011/12 financial year.
Phiyega’s office said six guns were lost in toilets, negligent loss accounted for 246 firearms, while the loss of 286 guns has yet to be classified.
In total, 352 guns were lost through negligence, while 388 firearm losses were classified as "bona fide”.

Would iy made a diiference if the headlines read,Fire Arm lost policman in Toilets.That will make it much easier for the pub;ic who are paying for the lost fire arms.

Have you seen some of the Police recently they are big,fat overweight and an ugly blight on our society the Police Commissioner must be deaf,dumb ans blind!
