Donate to Cheshire Home

PLEASE advise Sue Sperry ("What to support?”, January 9) that the very best place to give used clothes, books, household items, etc is the Cheshire Home, Summerstrand.

This a most wonderful place that is a haven for physically handicapped people of all races. Port Elizabeth should be proud that we have so excellent a facility.

All donations are guaranteed to reach the deserving people. There is also a shop that sells these items, the profit going straight to where it is needed most.

I urge all who read this to put the Cheshire Home on top of their list of good causes for 2013.
