NOLAN "Hamma" Burton was a prolific sportsman, who gave pleasure to many football supporters who appreciated his skills.

He was a prolific striker with silky skills and could score from seemingly impossible angles. Most of us who had the opportunity to witness his natural flair and goal-scoring instincts will indeed mourn his passing with sincere sadness.

He was a gentleman and a true student of the game, who loved and supported Liverpool in good and bad times. He will be sadly missed.
