Chalk one up for the class bully

NOTHING can illustrate the tragedy that South Africa has become more aptly than the current debacle over the perfectly sensible wishes of our children.

The unbelievably immature commentary of the ANC government and youth league representatives, coupled with their stupidly arrogant threats and demands, must send an awful message out to the rest of the world – besides making themselves the laughing stock of any civilised peoples.

If the allegations that FNB has run from the class bully prove to be true, this will indicate either an equally childish response or that unpublished bully tactics have been employed to really scare even big business.

Either way, it sends out yet another "DON'T INVEST" message to our own citizens and foreign trading partners, destroying more and more future job opportunities for the children who desperately need them.
