Court orders 'missing' man to show up by February 14

THE tale of Port Elizabeth's missing millionaire continued in the Port Elizabeth High Court yesterday with a warrant of arrest being issued for Malabar businessman Amier Moosagie.

In addition, if he does not resurface by February 14, the court will hear an application to have Moosagie's R30000 bail forfeited to the state.

This came as Judge Dayalin Chetty dismissed "information" that he had reason to be biased in the high-profile trial of Moosagie and his co-accused Desiree Jenkins as "scandalous and scurrilous".
