Gqobana a 'risky, aggressive' Health MEC, Pillay says

EASTERN Cape Health MEC Sicelo Gqobana has been branded a "risky" and "aggressive" politician who needs to be educated about running a government department.

In a letter sent to the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Sunday, former health superintendentgeneral Siva Pillay also describes Gqobana as a nuisance.

Pillay's letter forms part of a grievance lodged against Gqobana with the PSC.

The complaint deals with Gqobana's decision to reinstate an official and his use of "undermining" tactics when dealing with administrative staff.
