THE Eastern Cape Planning Commission has kicked off a huge campaign to get people debating in different communities, workplaces and on social media to come up with a citizen-driven plan to develop the province.

Ah, debate, debate, debate. The one thing the regime does really well - especially if lunch and drinks are thrown in at the "workshops". They've been doing it since the ANC came into power. Pity actual delivery is a disaster, and will be until competent people are elected and/or employed and corruption is eliminated. That is not going to happen under this government.
