DEFIANT Nelson Mandela Bay ANC chief whip Feziwe Sibeko is to be hauled before the party's Eastern Cape disciplinary committee today and quizzed over why she has not obeyed an order to resign.

The planned protest is the latest in a string of damaging ANC clashes in the Bay which, despite intervention by President Jacob Zuma last year, have yet to be resolved.
