MASSIVE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SCAMS

ARE there any departments even left to still be scammed? They've been through them all already – maybe a second time round?

ZOZO

THE EC Health Department is sick! Like the good doctor says, what they lack in management skills they make up in corruption skills! Sies!

ROBERT BROWN

WHERE is the justice in this country? Health Department officials steal millions and nobody goes to jail, but a man in Knysna is sent to jail for four years for stealing a block of cheese.

BRUCE B

THE corruption of the ECHD is just another cherry on the crumbling ANC cake. Your country is falling apart rapidly, Mr Zuma.

USE LAND FOR HOUSING

THE Walmer hydroponics have cost ratepayers at least R10-million for minimal jobs. Cut the losses and give the area to low cost flats.

BHISHO THREAT TO TAKE OVER METRO

OUT of the frying pan into the fire.

JJ OSSHER

DO you understand how tired we are of this infighting in Nelson Mandela Bay? We are suffering as poor people, we want delivery.

XOLA

OUTRAGEOUS headlines yesterday. Obviously Sicelo Gqobana and Zanoxolo Wayile must go (ha ha). It is morally indefensible to pay tax to the thieves of the ANCircus.

ANONYMOUS

SO Bhisho wants to take over the Bay. What a joke! They can't even manage themselves. Just look at the state of the place. Useless!

GARTH R

YOU have to be kidding! Bhisho run the Bay?

CAN ANYONE HELP FIRE VICTIM?

IS there anybody out there who can help the poor woman in Forest Hill whose house burned down? She and her two dogs are staying in a caravan. She's got nothing. Phone 074-672-4821. Thank you so much.

TRAFFIC OFFICIALS MUST TARGET TAXIS

I AM shocked! Just came from town and was five times almost pushed off the road by taxi drivers. Traffic officials should look at taxi drivers.

JOAN

SMALL SALARIES FOR DOING THE WORK

MANAGEMENT officials of companies are earning huge salaries for doing almost nothing, while the employees performing actual labour are earning much, much less. The cost of living is increasing and workers are taking the punch!

ANC PUTS PRESSURE TO DROP ADVERT

THE ANC is only feeling guilty because the advert brings out the truth about South Africa.

WHO REPRESENTS FERNGLEN?

WILL somebody please tell me who the DA representative is for Fernglen and where I can get hold of this person?

EDWARD SCHROEDER

BEST CAPTAIN LEFT OUT IN THE COLD

THE Proteas struggle now in the limited overs game. The best captain, Johan Botha, was left in the cold by the South African selectors.

JJ

A DISGRACE

DISCIPLINARY cases: why are the municipal employees in their present positions if they are incapable of doing their duty? What a disgrace you are! Useless!

DB

ROLAND Williams, Dumisani Mbebe and Sithembele Vatala, I salute you. Please, I beg you to teach me how to stay at home for five months and still get paid! Keep up the good "work".

ROBERT

I HAVE never seen such a happy healthy bunch as the suspended metro officials. Mbebe looks particularly healthy. Who's his doctor?

ALEC

FALLING EDUCATION STANDARDS

I'M really pleased that I matriculated under the apartheid government because the education our children receive now is of a very poor standard.

OFFICER HELPS COMMUTER

PRECINCT officer car 2109 stopped in mid traffic to rescue a plastic dish blown by the wind. The owner was waiting for a taxi in Kempston Road. So brave.

HELPFUL LADY

EDUCATION OFFICIALS DON'T CARE

THIS is an absolute disgrace! Government officials making decisions to cut temporary teachers don't care. Their kids are taken care of. The others have to struggle. Obviously, you don't care about our children in South Africa.

FOCUS ON REAL ISSUES

THE Rastafarian pupil looks like a decent person, and he has taken care to make his hair looks neat and short. These teachers should rather focus on real issues like bullying in schools.

JG

RASTA pupil back in school after dreadlock debacle: good for him, bad for the school. What next? Allow bare feet if one pupil says it's part of his religion?

SOME PLACES REPEATED

IN the Sassa re-registration list, some places are repeated 10 to 15 times.
