Missing millionaire's wife in court

Baheejah Moosagie, the convicted fraudster and wife of missing millionaire businessman, Amier Moosagie, made a brief appearance in the Port Elizabeth Commercial Crimes Court on Tuesday.

Baheejah, together with her husband and daughter, Lutfia, are alleged to have defrauded the tax man out of close to R2-million.

Amier has been missing since December. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The case was provisionally postponed to March 20.
