A CHEVRON advert seen on the BBC, which has been flighted previously, reports that the Chevron staff in Nigeria have helped prevent the spread of Aids in the areas in which Chevron Nigeria operates. There has not been an Aids case for 12 years!

If Chevron in Nigeria can combat the spread so successfully, why can't the South African Health Department adopt the same anti-Aids strategy?
