Scores of PE schools have staff surplus

WHILE one Pearston Primary School teacher has a class of 123 pupils, 73 schools in the Port Elizabeth education district have more teachers than they actually need.

An internal education department report shows that there are 239 extra teachers in the city.

This comes as only 19 teachers have been placed at schools where they are needed most in Port Elizabeth.

Since schools reopened, parents at five schools in the province have staged protests because of teacher shortages.

When will Zuma come to his senses and get rid of angie,she is beyond useless,replace her with Prof Jensen and see how things will improve.
