NOBODY under the age of 26 should be allowed to buy, borrow or own a gun, neither should they be given the opportunity to handle such a weapon, to learn how it works!
Guns in a household must be kept under lock and key, at all times. Anyone not complying must be punished by law.
People who cannot adjust socially are loners who display strange behaviour patterns and are obviously not happy at home. They need to be listed by their teachers and employers.
These "problem cases" should then be taken care of by the state, as a matter of priority. They cannot simply be ignored, because that's when innocent people have to pay the price!
