EMOTIONS are high among South African football supporters and followers. Gordon Igesund has been the national coach for months and has proven his coaching abilities at the Afcon competition.

After trying a few unsuccessful combinations in games before the tournament he took a bold decision and tried new combinations at the tournament, and they seemed to be successful. Not only did we win a game against Angola but also we were able to score goals, which is what most South Africans believed.

We need to give Igesund a fair chance to build on goal scoring combinations.
