There is a beautiful old house set far back on the property. You can hardly see the house as the garden in front is so overgrown it is an absolute disgrace.
The grass on the verge is overgrown and looks shocking. What example is this institution setting for the neighbourhood?
Does the department also have no money to pay for a gardener or garden service? What a pity this property has been allowed to go to rack and ruin.
There were lots of cars parked inside, so clearly people are working there.
Maybe The Herald can find out who is responsible for the upkeep.
