IRON GIRL: Race Course PE

The race will start on the grass area behind the official Spec-Savers Ironman South Africa finish line, at the beginning of the Hobie Beach walkway opposite the slipway.

Run on the cycling path next to the walkway along the beachfront until you reach the Lighthouse opposite University Way. Here you will move onto the walkway along Marine Drive and continue on this walkway towards Pine Lodge. Once you reach the Pine Lodge turn off, turn left and continue past Pine Lodge towards SAMREC. You will find the turnaround aid station at SAMREC and will collect a coloured band which will enable you to cross the finish line.

Continue back towards the start on the Marine Drive walkway and move back onto the cycling path at the Lighthouse opposite University Way. Continue on the cycling path along the beachfront to the end of the walkway until you are in line with the entrance to The Boardwalk. Here you will turn left and enter the finish chute to cross the finish line. You are an Iron Girl!
