Sectional Title Templates Book – new publication by expert Graham Paddock

SPECIALIST sectional title and home owners' association lawyer and author of Sectional Title Survival Manual, Graham Paddock, has released a new book. Paddock's latest offering, The Paddocks Sectional Title Templates Book, is a helpful resource for anyone involved in sectional titles.

Paddock saw the need to compile this book after receiving numerous requests for specific templates or guides that owners, trustees and managing agents could use in the day-to-day activities of bodies corporate.

Templates such as contract of appointment of managing agent, delegation of body corporate powers to trustee or managing agent, notice of and agenda for AGM, levy clearance certificate and application for trustee consent to keep pets have been included.

The book includes over 50 templates in three categories:

Administrative;

Financial, and

Physical management.

These cover a range of sectional title scheme management applications, notices, records, letters, contracts, forms and other documents.

The templates also include explanatory notes designed to assist the person completing the form. The comprehensive list of templates has been designed to provide examples for use and adaptation by managing agents, trustees and owners in their various roles in the process of daily scheme management.

Paddock has more than 25 years of experience in advising and training sectional title and home owners' association lawyers, developers, managing agents, estate agents, trustees and owners.

He acts as a coach for managing agents, trustees, directors and owners involved in sectional title, home owners' association, share block and retirement schemes through his online platform Paddocks Club.

He has advised government in a consultative capacity on matters relating to sectional title and community schemes.
