Our traffic cops park off on road

I TRAVEL from Fort Beaufort to Port Elizabeth frequently, and often see traffic vehicles parked at Kinkelbos (just before Colchester).

The vehicles are usually parked side by side, but traffic officers are conspicuous by their absence.

Tuesday morning was no exception – three vehicles parked, but this time there was one traffic officer, although he was sitting in the front seat reading the newspaper!
