NO need to look far as there is only one serious contender on the short list for municipal manager.

The two men come with serious baggage of accusations of financial misconduct.

Never proven of course, because, like all other times, they jump ship or get a golden handshake.

But, let's look at the woman candidate. Very impressive qualifications, but maybe too good for the municipality. She is going to be too clever, so the rest of the municipality will want her gone, quickly.

So, who are they going to pick? Well obviously the biggest crook, because he will fit in best and then will move on under a cloud, but with a golden handshake.
