A question here surely is: "Who was at fault and was the law broken?" If it is the MEC who caused the accident, especially if, by the sound of it, there was speeding/recklessness involved, there is not just the matter of who pays. Surely charges must follow? It's crazy enough that we get landed with these bills at the expense of delivery, but lack of accountability on top of it would demonstrate the irresponsibility of ANC "governance" even further.
Report Abuse Author: VernE Date: 26 February 2013 12:46Based on this is there any justification that citizens who are trying to cut back on expenses in these trying times must sponsor recklessness, irresponsibility and extravagance by having to pay for this too? These expenses must be for the user's own account otherwise take a taxi.
