Top primary school athletes in action

THE Eastern Cape's top primary school athletes will compete in the provincial championships at NMMU Stadium this weekend.

The programme starts on Friday with these events: boys' and girls' u-13 1500m walk; boys' and girls' u-12 and u-13 javelin; boys' and girls' u-13 discus; boys' and girls' u-10 shot putt, and all hurdle events.

The meeting will continue at 8am on Saturday.
