Pretoria organist to give Bay recital

THE second concert this year of the Feather Market Organ Society takes place at the Feather Market Centre, Port Elizabeth, tomorrow at 1pm.

Well-known Pretoria concert organist Dr Theo van Wyk will give a recital of popular, attractive organ works.

This includes music by Buxtehude, Wesley and Widor. Brilliant playing will be heard, among others, in Behnke’s Jazz Inspirations for Organ in which the familiar tunes Go Tell It To The Mountain and We Are Marching In The Light Of God appear.

The recital lasts 50 minutes.
