AN unidentified man caused a shake and a stir in North End in Port Elizabeth on Monday night when he ran around naked in the streets before being arrested by police.

According to eyewitness Simba Chitiyo, the police attempted to "cover up" the offence, but the naked man was having none of it.

Chitiyo, 22, who showed The Herald footage and photos of the incident taken on his cellphone, said the "very funny" drama unfolded at about 8.20pm near the corner of Relton and Sutton streets in North End.
