Failed for stalling in avoiding child in road

I LIVE in Port Elizabeth and decided to do my driver's licence test in Uitenhage because the department in PE seems to fail you for anything. I did everything well.

On my last road, a child ran out in front of me and I applied brakes so as not to hit the child with the car. Being in a situation like that, the car stalled and I failed once again. The traffic department would rather fail people for trying not to hit pedestrians running over the road.

I am disgusted by the system. They fail us for preventing accidents. It's all just a money-making scheme.
