Residents still waiting for houses to be fixed

I LIVE in Soweto on Sea.

There was a process of rectification of our houses which was done by a company.

It promised to complete these houses by the end of December last year.

This year the company left the work undone and allegedly hasn't paid its workers since December.

Apart from that most of the beneficiaries are still living in shacks in their backyards while their houses remain incomplete. When people ask the ward councillor to investigate or to take further steps he replies by saying he does not deal with the committee from the corners.

In fact he cares nothing as long as his salary goes to his bank account.

We were not even told how much has been allocated for each house because some houses don't get gutters and tanks while others do. Is this a good service?
