THE Southern Kings have been given valuable "inside information" on how they can topple the Chiefs and blunt their try-hungry backline in a Super Rugby showdown at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium tomorrow (7.10pm).

Kiwi recruit Hadleigh Parkes, who played with some of the Chiefs players at school level in New Zealand, has shared his thoughts on how the Kings can upset the champions.

The Chiefs have scored 14 tries in their opening three Super Rugby matches and Parkes, who played for the Blues before joining the Kings, is looking forward to the showdown.

"It is exciting to be coming up against my countrymen because I played against a lot of them at schoolboy level. I know what they are capable of and it's going to be a good battle," he said.
