Cunningham will plead guilty

Brent Cunningham will plead guilty to charges of assault after the state initiated a plea bargain with the defense on Thursday (14/03/2013).

The court will give its ruling on Fridaywhen Cunningham faces sentencing.

Cunningham, 21,faces a charge of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm after an attack on his girlfriend,Shireen Ballan (36)on the night of December 27. 2012.He also faces two more charges of assault.
