Horrific N2 accident claim six

Six people have died after a horrific accident on Thursday evening along the N2 road near Ndabakazi junction just outside Butterworth.

The accident occurred at about 19:30 and was presumably caused when three vehicles drove into a herd of cows.

Four occupants of a micro bus died instantly while six other occupants were injured. Two male occupants of a sedan died instantly and three other people were injured. 

According to Butterworth Police they are investigating a case of culpable homicide. The identities of the deceased people will be withheld until their next of kin are informed.
