A FORMER employer of a woman charged with forcing a child in her care into a sinister web of sexual abuse, rape and pornography, told the Port Elizabeth High Court how the woman's behaviour suddenly changed at work when she started dating her boyfriend.
The 39-year-old woman, her 38-year-old partner, both of Parsonsvlei, and a 47-year-old Bridgemead man face nine charges of sexual assault, causing a child to watch a sexual offence, sexual grooming, sexual exploitation, exposing a child to pornography and failure to report a sexual offence committed against a child.
The woman also faces further charges of assisting another person to commit rape.
The three allegedly committed the crimes against the woman's foster daughter, who was 14 at the time, and the Bridgemead man's girlfriend's granddaughter, who was 12.
