I HAD to unfortunately make the worst decision of my life when it became apparent my pug, Shelby, who had been my life support for the last 15-and-a-half years, was suffering and she could no longer eat and breathe at the same time due to her lung capacity being almost zero, amongst other serious health issues.
Thank you Gosia from Mount Pleasant vet for your loving patience with Shelby and always remembering her name and what her medical history was off the cuff.
I have supported many vets in PE and none has ever treated myself and my animals with such respect and compassion.
Thank you for all you did and for not milking the cow, but most of all thank you so much for the lovely bouquet you sent.
It means more to me than you will ever realise. My baby, Shelby, is gone now but at least I know my other animals will always be in safe hands.
