REPLIES TO READERS' COMMENTS
REGINALD Saptoe, the All Blacks will always remain No1 and the Bokke will not bring the cup back. Heyneke Meyer changed hookers when the Bokke had the upper hand in a scrum – stupid call. I will remain a New Zealand supporter, viva.

REGINALD, the All Blacks are the No1 team in the world. Please come to terms with that! You say you are pleased with what your Bokke achieved. They lost the championship!
IT is such a pity that The Herald deemed it proper to dedicate half of the Your Views page to the mumbo-jumbo of Adrian de Villiers and his "cure" for Springbok rugby. Somebody must have told him he is an expert on rugby, which I doubt he is. The least said about the comments of Reginald Saptoe the better, save to remind him that the All Blacks are the current world champions, so when did they choke?
VEZI Miya must learn to chill. Putco Mafani and his team are rather doing a great job at BEE. Vusi, Chiefs and Pirates are just a game – don't kill for it.
I DON'T know who uVezi Miya thinks he is, but from what I can sense in his message it seems like this guy has got some issues. Who bothered you, Vezi? You are too sensitive, get a life. We love the BEE show exactly the way it is. If you don't like the programme, change to another channel.
WELL said, Vezi Miya, I am also one of those who are tired of Putco Mafani who thinks the morning live (BEE show) is a good platform for Kaizer Chiefs. I don't listen to Umhlobo Wenene any longer because of his bias.
NEW WEATHER CHART IMPOSSIBLE TO READ
WHO decided on the new colour scheme for the weather chart? It is useless as it is impossible to read.
PLEASE, the weather chart is terrible! One can't read the temperatures and Cape Town isn't even on the Traveller's Guide. Many travel there daily. It's not an improvement, it's a big mess. Please! Surely you could see it for yourself?
OUR apologies. The Herald has changed its graphic designer and the revised map was not up to standard. It has now been redesigned to make it more reader-friendly. – The editor
INVESTIGATE BANK TELLERS
IT'S quite obvious that bank tellers are allegedly tipping off thieves when large amounts of cash are withdrawn in a bank. Banks should use a lie detector to question tellers.
THANKS FOR HELPING OUR SCHOOLS
ON behalf of the Northern Areas High Schools Rugby Initiative, we want to thank the Fredericks brothers and Addi Lagerdien for helping one of our many rugby playing schools in the NA community. You are indeed heroes.

DON'T WE WANT TO WIN GAMES?
GORDON Igesund is a prize mampara. He says the problem in South Africa is that we always want to win. Isn't winning the objective when playing competitive sport? If that is his attitude, then Bafana Bafana will remain the underperformers they currently are. I think Igesund should rather go into politics where such garbage belongs.
WE'LL DEAL WITH DOG FIGHT SPECTATORS
IT is a disgrace how so-called human beings are involved in dog fighting! Hand them over to us animal lovers! We are anxious to deal with them! They should become lion or shark bait!
L MULLER, HUMEWOOD, PORT ELIZABETH
I FELT sick after reading the article on dog fighting. What a pity the rescue team didn't put them one by one into a cage with one dog and let justice be done! An eye for an eye!

WHAT TO DO ABOUT ROAMING CATTLE
ROWALLAN Park residents, please give me advice on what to do with cows moving between houses and gardens at 1.30 in the morning. The dogs bark the whole night at these cows and you can't sleep. Who is responsible for these cows that are mostly here in Pollock Street. I need to be awake at 4 and be on duty at 6.
THINK OF HEALTH HAZARD
DUMPING of rubbish in our townships: I am appealing to all people involved to consider this as a matter of urgency as it may cause health hazards, mostly to young ones. Wouldn't it be wise that rubbish is taken away on a weekly basis so as to minimise the smell and scattering of these papers? Some I believe might be contaminated with undesirable substances. To this end I think both the councillors and residents can come up with a lasting solution, so to say. It is a burning issue, people, and a variety of diseases may engulf all areas we live in.

NEED TO KNOW DETAILS ABOUT DATA BASE
ON DMB on Algoa fm on Monday Daron Mann said, "Rather send an SMS, then we automatically have your details". How so? While you can block your mobile number when making a phone call can't you block the number when you send an SMS? When you reveal your mobile number to anyone you risk revealing not only your phone number but your identity – name, address, ID. Who knows, the recipient may have a data base. Does Algoa fm have a data base? What is a data base exactly? Who has the legal right to purchase, own and use a data base? Who sells the data base and where do they get your details from? The public have a right to know!
WILL SUPPORT CAR WASHER
OH wow, a happy inspiring story at last instead of handouts. Sheyna, where is the man working from? I will definitely support him. I pay R45 just for a wash and go. I wish him many customers.
