THE PEBC programme for the week is:
Tomorrow: Coq au Vin social.
Friday: Bob Mott's pairs in the morning
Saturday: tabs-in games in the afternoon
Sunday: men's arranged and arranged mixed bowls in the morning
Tuesday: tabs-in games in the afternoon; presentation by Alex Riddle of Consolidated Financial Planning (5.30pm)
PEBC will be hosting anyone interested in taking up bowls to a fun day, followed by lunch on October 27, which is Bowls Awareness Day.
Ibhayi Nomads will have their next outing on Sunday at PE Moth (1.30pm). Please make every effort to attend as there will be a presentation prior to the start of play. Viv Morkel is representing the women on the committee.
WALMER BC would like to thank those who joined us for the Cuppa for Cansa tea on Friday. We were able to donate R4130 to Cansa. A special thanks goes to sponsors Figtree Spar, Curves, Wildthyme Foods and Pronaturals for their support.
There is social bowls on Tuesday and Saturday at 1.45pm and Sunday at 9.15am. Wednesday is Algoa Toyota men's tabs in pairs and Thursday is the Chocoholic mixed competition. On Friday, there is twilight bowls at 4.45pm.
THE PE Moth club invite all interested bowlers to join them for men's pairs on Tuesday mornings at 9am. Other playing times are 2pm on Wednesday and Saturday, and 9am on Sundays.
The popular Novice Colts and Fillies tournament will take place on November 9.
The Twilight pairs competition will start on November 12. Inquiries: Peter (083-452-6493).
THE next outing for Kouga Nomads will be on Sunday in Jeffreys Bay (1.30).
MILL Park playing sessions are Wednesday afternoon, tabs in and Saturday afternoon, tabs in. Visitors and new bowlers are always welcome.
Members are reminded of the annual meeting to be held next Wednesday (6pm) in the Millard Hall. All members are urged to attend.
THERE is Wednesday morning mixed bowls at Park Drive, tabs in 9am.
There will not be tabs-in bowls on Saturday due to the Novice Classic. Other Park Drive playing sessions are: Tuesday 2pm, Sunday 9.15am and public holidays 9am.
