THREE Grade 11 pupils from Collegiate Girls' High School have come out tops in the national South African Council for English Education (SACEE) annual language challenge.
Saadiyah Mayet, Kirsti Limbert and Simran Juglal came first, second and third in the Grade 11 section of the challenge, scoring 96%, 95% and 94% respectively. They competed against 1942 pupils from around the country in the Grade 11 section.
Saadiyah said she had done the test since Grade 8 and it formed part of her English mark at Collegiate.
