THE alleged victim in the assault trial of Port Elizabeth police spokesman Warrant Officer Alwin Labans described his 2010 "attack" when giving evidence in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate's Court yesterday.
Labans is accused of assaulting Nazien Humphreys, after pulling him over for allegedly skipping a red traffic light. He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
