FEWER women believe in monogamous relationships than before, while men and women disagree on whether cyber flirting constitutes cheating.
Survey results in the Men’s Health July Sex Issue suggest South Africans are kinkier than we let on.
The magazine surveyed 1457 adults (762 men and 578 women). Respondents revealed their favourite sex positions, their biggest mistakes in bed, and the use of alcohol as a stimulant.
Magazine editor Jason Brown said the results were surprising.
Some of the findings included:
- 82.4% of men and 75.2% of women hated using condoms;
- 31% of women had had sex with co-workers, 10.2% with a boss and 8.5% with a neighbour;
- 14.2% of men and 11.5% of women had used recreational drugs, while 45.9% of men and 48.6% of women had used alcohol to enhance sexual stimulation;
- 70.4% of women consider cyber flirting as cheating, but only 45.5% of men feel the same.
