DANGEROUS electrical cables are lying on the ground and the ANC-run municipality is slow to respond. This is nothing short of ignoring responsibilities.

Can we get some action as a community through the media, please?

We pay 80% of the rates and taxes, yet "they” allocate 20% to "our” budget areas and we do not see the 80% making a difference anywhere else!
