A GOLFING friend of mine is lying in a Bloemfontein Hospital fighting for his life. Seventeen of my countrymen are dead, many are injured. Cradock Primary is short-staffed because the Department of Education is not attending to the school’s teacher needs.

How did this all happen?

Because we have undisciplined taxi drivers racing around the country sowing chaos and government departments not doing their work.
