Revival of hotels boost for tourism

The 104-bedroom King Edward Hotel in Central, Port Elizabeth, finally appears set to re-open while the nearby Grand Hotel has completed a R10-million refurbishment. Business and tourism leaders say this is good news for the rejuvenation of the Donkin area and will benefit the city in the long run. Great news - a glorious old place with many memories for a lot of PE residents one imagines... Hope it has a positive impact on the area.
