Boks play worst match yet seen

WHEN will the Springboks learn to play? They have been struggling forever, it seems, and the excuses are getting worse by the week for this Bok team.

The Boks just went down 21-11 to the All Blacks in Dunedin and that was the worst rugby match I have ever watched, it was absolutely shocking. Heyneke Meyer must not come with excuses like "oh, the team doesn't have enough experience", because the same thing is happening that happened in the 2010 Tri-Nations.

We played a very experienced squad then and we still couldn't get anywhere. Now we're playing a squad with a fair amount of experience, but Meyer says we need an X factor in the squad.

Keegan Daniel brings that, and then Meyer drops him and John Plumtree lauds him when he plays for the Sharks in the Currie Cup. Sure, he didn't have a good game against Argentina, but he is definitely better than Willem Alberts and Marcell Coetzee, who are struggling.

For me the Boks are starting to play AFL or Aussie rules when they play. That seems to be the new game plan and they use the forwards much too much.

It's this old Bulls rugby and Meyer doesn't seem to learn from it. I am surprised that moss didn't grow on the ball in Dunedin because Ruan Pienaar just stared at the ball.

Meyer drops Lwazi Mvovo from the Bok squad – a huge mistake. He is so underrated.

He tries very hard and he has produced fairly good results playing for the Boks. He has scored one test try. The Boks need a new flyhalf and scrumhalf. Morne Steyn and Pienaar aren't doing it right.

Now I'd say the new flyhalf should be Johan Goosen and scrumhalf Sarel Pretorius – they are deadly players with ball in hand. Then we need a new hooker also – Adriaan Strauss is struggling and his replacement, Tiaan Liebenberg, is poor. That's where Craig Burden comes in.

He is super quick. Look at that try he scored against the Blues in the Super 15 this year – he intercepted and ran past the Blues wings.

The Boks' last two games have been super poor, against Australia 26-19 and against Argentina 16-16.

Deon Greyling should never play another game for the Boks. He is such a dirty player, hitting Richie McCaw in the face like that was unforgivable. He seems to like the colour yellow because he has got numerous yellow cards in his career.

I am going to send Meyer a super thick pair of glasses to see the squad he keeps selecting.

Bryan Habana didn't have a good game either. He did score, but he could have scored in the opening minutes of the game and his defence raised questions.

There is more evidence that Blue Bull rugby doesn't work: the Griquas just beat them 49-34.
