Waiting for metro to pay its bills

THE article, "Theft delays RDP housing" (September 11), was an interesting read. Why would the developer steal his own material and have to pay an insurance excess claim?

I am a builder's wife, also involved in RDP housing – it's a joke! We are still awaiting payment from months ago from the metro. They keep saying "this week, this week".

We are at risk of losing our business because of non-payment.

Something has to be done. Yet again the poorest of the poor suffer.
