Expelled JuJu still wears ANC uniform

REGARDING Julius Malema's outfit, how come he is still walking around with ANC logos clearly emblazoned on his shirt? I thought he was expelled from the ANC, so why is nobody taking this up with the ANC and Malema?

Malema is misrepresenting himself. It's like someone from Standard Bank walking around in FNB clothing and passing himself off as an FNB employee, which I believe is fraud.
