I REALLY don't get it why the police had to stop the incorrigible Juju Malema (he who was duly ejected from the ANC) from addressing the Marikana miners ("Police clip Malema's wings", September 18).

Malema's forced removal on Monday from the Marikana gathering was unlawful by the SAPS.

Suddenly I feel a moral v constitutional dilemma within me.

What happened to freedom of association?

What is happening if an individual wants to meet a group of people in any area in South Africa?
