FOLLOWING the shocking research findings of the number of people driving while talking on cellphones ("Alarm as motorists chat on the move", September 13), why doesn't the Eastern Cape government use same company to do research for it to find out what people think about service delivery, traffic issues, home affairs, public areas maintenance, security and lots more?

Maybe the EP Kings should also consider the same. You can't move forward if you don't do your research. Don't be too proud to ask questions.
