THERE has been so much comment on drivers talking on cellphones and how dangerous it is. I'm a rep and spend the whole day in my car, and I see hundreds of people on cellphones on my trips.
I have never been stopped or seen traffic cops fining or stopping drivers on cellphones. That research company should do follow-up surveys to see if the recent press coverage has made drivers more careful and then put their findings on the front page of The Herald.
The traffic department should fine these road killers.
