Pray for govt that cares for people

WITH reference to Trevor "Fedup" Kerspay's letter ("Metro police urgently needed", October 1), yes, many people would sleep peacefully if they had 15 bodyguards. So, why should they care about the crime rate and danger to citizens?

Just disband these protection units, one by one, and create an even more unstable country.

I also agree with letters of same date sent in by Julian Ngcangca ("What about road to service delivery?"), and Thabang Mokoena-Maseko ("ANC nomination processes must be disciplined"). These are the thinking South Africans who want the best for this country.

We pray for a caring government who understands the word "freedom" ( in its true sense) and this for all people of this country.
