THE St Dominic's Priory u-13 cricket team enjoyed a successful tour of the Southern Cape recently, winning all three of their matches.
The team received new kit for the tour and they celebrated with a victory in their opener against Glenwood House Primary, winning by 112 runs.
They followed that up with a 25 overs clash against George Suid Primary and again won comfortably, this time by nine wickets after restricting their opponents to 96 for six.
The final match against Outeniqua Primary was thrilling as Priory totalled an impressive 217 for eight in their 40 overs.
In a thrilling run-chase, Outeniqua came within four runs of their target, but Priory managed to keep them at bay to win by three runs.
