ON Tuesday October 9 at around 7.30pm our electricity went out. It was not a power failure in the suburb, but just our house.

We phoned the call centre on 080-020-5050 and spoke to Siphokazi.

By 9pm three trucks had arrived to establish the problem.

They then reported that they needed the "bucket truck" which was duly called. By 11pm this truck arrived and by 11.15pm we had power back to our house.

On the Wednesday morning they came around again to make sure it was all working. This great service was much appreciated.
