Still no repair after a year

ATTACHED are pictures of holes that have not been repaired on the corner of Suffolk and Sherlock streets in Richmond Hill, Port Elizabeth. The holes are a result of municipal excavations.

These holes are coming up for their first anniversary, and we are wondering whether our municipality will consider giving the residents a present by fixing the holes and getting rid of the loose stones which litter the street.
