Sasco 'white pigs' HRC probe

02 November 2012
A POSTER referring to white students at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology as "white pigs" and "cockroaches" who want to control things, could land the SA Students' Congress (Sasco) in trouble with the Human Rights Commission (HRC).

The DA has launched a complaint with the commission.

The poster showed Sasco, ANC and ANC Youth League logos. It laments "white tendencies" in the institution's engineering faculty and "Zille dominance" in the province.

It also contains a watermark image of expelled ANC youth leader Julius Malema. – Hlengiwe Nhlabathi
